New Construction & Transitions
Our team carefully crafts the project design to meet owners and brand expectations. We also assist owners during the hotel’s development and construction. Our project manager works directly with the owner, and is the primary Resort Asset Management contact as the project advances toward grand opening. Our team assists the owner in training, managing and administrating the pre-opening activities, marketing and public relations efforts, and sales staff selection to maximize market share premiums upon opening.
